Our maintenance contract at Central St Giles covers various areas, including the roof landscaping. In line with our Biodiviersity credentials, formal hedging was enhanced by Q&S introduction of wildflowers.
The green roofs on the building were designed to attenuate 60% of the rainfall watering during storms. Rainwater falling on the office roofs and Piazza is collected, treated and stored for reuse in the irrigation system.
Central St Giles is one of London’s more colourful mixed-use developments and one of the largest in the West End. Occupying a pivotal position linking four of Central London’s best-loved destinations; Bloomsbury, Covent Garden, Soho and Fitzrovia.
