PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Our maintenance contract at Central St Giles covers various areas, including the roof landscaping. In line with our Biodiviersity credentials, formal hedging was enhanced by Q&S introduction of wildflowers.
The green roofs on the building were designed to attenuate 60% of the rainfall watering during storms. Rainwater falling on the office roofs and Piazza is collected, treated and stored for reuse in the irrigation system.
