PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Thomas More square sits on the edge of the square mile, it has a diverse landscape including trees, shrubs, hedges, hard standing and lawn areas. We also installed and maintain internal planted beds. The area requires a regular low level maintenance programme in order to maintain it. Low level tree works are also a necessity in order for the area to remain safe for use by the public.
What we did
The internal planted bed has shrubs such as Vriesea splendens. By their very nature, these plants only flower/have colour for a short period of time and require a regular replacement programme. We carry out weekly visits to the site in order to carry out the maintenance required such as watering, fertilising, weed control, litter picking etc.
Client Info
The estate is managed by Land Securities and is an attractive business village that has benefited from ongoing investment to upgrade its reception areas and office interiors. It has introduced new gardens throughout its various piazzas and courtyards. The estate is currently going through a transformation to include an enhanced retail offering and public realm.
