We are always on the lookout for new talent and have developed our own apprenticeship programme called “Train to Grow” where we nurture the next generation of budding gardeners.

Passionate Horticulturalists

Our team are a mix of fully qualified horticulturalists, experienced gardeners and apprentices, all sharing a love of gardening and a passion to do better. Our horticulturalists are trained to RHS, NVQ, NPTC standards and fully certified to keep your site in the best condition. Experienced in delivering world class Urban Gardening services on contracts ranging from small courtyards to blue chip business parks.

Landscape Design

Our landscape designers work closely with our urban gardeners and install teams, tapping into their technical expertise and ‘hands on’ experience, to create one-off tailored designs and make them a reality.

Recommending planting schemes for all sorts of commercial projects and communal areas, including business parks, hospitals, restaurants, commercial office terraces, roof gardens and interior/exterior green walls. Drawn up in various ways, to highlight quantities of plant species and plant sizes. Incorporating plants according to their suitability for the project and client brief, as well as location, soil construction, aspect and usage.
